14. Notice: Every notice and other communication to the Company required by these conditions must be written or printed.

15. Observance of Terms: The due observance and fulfilment of the Terms of this Policy, in so far as they relate to anything to be done or complied with by any person claiming indemnity under this Policy shall be conditions precedent to any liability of the Company.

16. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law: This Policy and any dispute or controversy arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by Saudi Laws and Regulations and refer to the Committees mentioned in the Cooperative Insurance Companies Supervision Law.

17. Arabic to Prevail: In the event of a difference between the Arabic and English texts in this Policy, the Arabic text shall prevail.
