I would like to thank Prof. Luca Giustiniano, Associate Professor of Business Organization at the

Department of Business and Management, who supervised me. He advised and supported me

during my work. Professor was always available and open to help. Moreover, I want to give a

special thanks to so nice and international university as Luiss Guido Carli. Firstly, it was my dream

to study here, and now in a few months I will graduate from this university.

Special thanks go to my parents and friends who live in Ukraine. Despite so difficult period in my

country, they always inspired me and gave a lot of positive energy, which was so necessary for my

work. Big gratefulness to YANG JIE, as she shared with me her statistic software several times.

Even if it was in Chinese, we overcame all language barriers together.
