نبذه عن الكتاب:
Current study, aimed at identifying the extent of employing the
standards of proper language performance by the teachers of low
elementary school from the perspective of supervisors and school
principals. The researcher has followed the descriptive analytical
approach. The study sample has included all the supervisors and
school principals of the elementary stage of UNRWA schools in
Gaza Strip. They are represented in (9) supervisors, and (135)
school male and female principals. To answer The questions of
the current study, the researcher used two tools; the list of the
standards of proper language performance, a questionnaire which
included the four language skills (listening, speaking, reading and
writing) and sub -skills divided each in a separate category. The
statistical analysis showed that the target teachers employ the
proper standards of listening skill at (%78.07) and speaking skill
at (%76.73) and reading skill at (%76.70) and writing skill at
(%76.24) .This means that teachers' performance does not exceed
the desired level in all skills. It is clear that the lowest
performance in teaching Arabic language skills is at Arabic
grammar level.
