هدفت الدراسة إلى بيان هداية القرآن في العناية بالطفل وحق رضاعه، وإبراز مناسبة آيات الرضاع لما قبلها ولسياقها، واستنباط الأحکام والهدايات من آيات الرضاع. وتلخصت خطة البحث في المحاور التالية: التمهيد وفيه: الرضاع لغة واصطلاحاً، حکم الرضاع، عناية العرب برضاع الأطفال، وعناية القرآن بالطفل. المبحث الأول: حق الطفل في الرضاع ومدة الرضاع. المبحث الثاني: الوصية بالوالدين وحق الأم المرضع في البر. المبحث الثالث: حق المرضع في السکنى وأجرة الرضاع. والبحث يلقي الضوء على عناية القرآن بتنشئة الطفل ومراعاة تکوين شخصيته، مما يجعله يتمتع بحياة صحية سعيدة، ومما يتيح لأمه الاستمتاع بأمومتها في زمن تصادر فيه الأمومة، وتستبدل الأثداء بالألبان الصناعية، والأمهات بالحاضنات المستأجرات.



ومن أبرز ما توصلت إليه الدراسة من نتائج: أکدت الشريعة الإسلامية على حق الأم في إرضاع طفلها وهيأت لها البيئة المناسبة لإتمام رضاعه وحضانته. الأصل أنه يجب على الأم إرضاع ولدها إن لم يکن لها عذر من مرض ونحوهوإن تعذر رضاع الأم فسترضع له أخرى بأجر. توجيه الوالدين بتقديم مصلحة الطفل وعدم مضرته. من حق الآباء على الأبناء البر بهموخاصة الأم لما لاقت من المشقة في الحمل والوضع والرضاع. التأکيد على ضرورة توفير السکنى والنفقة والکسوة للمرضعحفظاً لحق الرضيعوصيانة لحياته. تحديد مدة الرضاع بحولين کاملين. العناية بالأم المرضع ومراعاة ضعفها في حملها ووضعها ورضاعه، فيه دلالة على اهتمام الشريعة بالمرأة وتقدير مکانتها ودورها الأساسي في الأسرة کحاضنة وصانعة لأبطال الأمة وقادتها.



This research aims at displaying the guidance of the Holy Qur'an regarding childcare and his right of breast- feeding. The research is also keen on showing how far breast- feeding verses befit the preceding verses and the context as well as developing provisions and guidelines from such verses. Carrying out this research requires applying the analytical inductive approach. Hence, the research includes a preamble which discusses breast- feeding linguistically and terminologically, the provision of breast- feeding, the Arabs' care for breast- feeding children and the interest given by the Holy Qur'an to childcare. Next, the first chapter highlights the right of the child to be breast- fed and the due duration of breast- feeding. Whereas the second chapter handles the enjoined care for the parents and the right of doing good to the breast- feeding mother. As for the third chapter, it considers the right of the breast- feeding female to reside and get a milk feeding wage. In general, the research sheds light upon the due car given by the Holy Qur'an to child upbringing and the formation of his character which would help him enjoy a healthy and happy life whereas his mother would be able to enjoy motherhood in a time where maternity is seized, breasts are being replaced by formula milk, and mothers are being replaced by hired babysitters. The research concludes with the most outstanding findings. For example, the Islamic Sharia has emphasized the right of the mother to breast- feed her baby and it has prepared the suitable environment to fulfill breast- feeding and custody. Originally, a mother must breast- feed her baby if she has no excuse i.e. if she is not ill, etc.



In case of discord and the mother cannot feed her baby, another female can be hired to breast- feed the baby. Parents should give priority to the best interest of their babies and not to cause any harm to them. Children must observe the right of filial piety towards their parents; especially the mother for the hardships she has experienced during pregnancy, delivery and breast- feeding. In addition, it is necessary to provide residence, life expenses and clothing for the breast- feeding female in order to safeguard the rights of the baby and his life. Accordingly, the duration of breast- feeding is limited to two years. Consequently, caring for the breast- feeding mother, her weakness during pregnancy, delivery and breast- feeding significantly refers to the due interest given by the Islamic Sharia to women, their status, and their basic roles in their families as custodians and makers of the nation's heroes and leaders.
